Dr N Metuse is a specialist plastic & reconstructive surgeon based in Sandton. She requested that her logo include a drop of blood, as it is the source of life and also represents salvation for her and her patients, as according to her Christian religion. A dashed line was added to the top part of the drop to represent surgery, while the line overlaps to create a cross to represent reconstruction, care and the cross of Jesus.
